A 300level mass communication student of chukwuemeka odumegwu ojukwu university have been spotted being late to 9:00am lecture as a result of heavy rain fall.
   The heavy rain fall which kicked off as about 7:35am,left many students with great through on how to be able to attend the lecture when ever it rains, it prompt many problems like shortage of buses, absent of the lecture etc..
   Some student who came late identified as nwafor Chika said she came late due to the dim weather that left her unaware about the time.
